Winton Cottage | Direct Booking Process

In addition to booking through platforms like Airbnb and Stayz, repeat guests can book directly with us to avoid booking fees.

Booking Process:

1. Submit a Booking Request through our website.
2. We’ll provide a quote, a Holiday Rental Agreement, and a PayPal Invoice (payable by credit card).
3. Review and sign the Holiday Rental Agreement online, then pay the invoice via credit card.

Please Note:

• Winton Cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 queen-sized bedrooms.
• Beds are prepared based on your group’s needs, confirmed after booking.
• Base Rate: Covers 2 guests per bedroom (excluding infants) sharing a queen bed. A $25 one-time laundry fee per additional bed applies for extra beds (e.g., for snoring or friend groups), waived for groups of 4+.
• The cottage includes central heating and electric blankets. In cooler months, a 20kg firewood pack for the living room fireplace is available for $25. Additional firewood can be purchased as needed.
